P-Comp 1–1

For this sketch, I made a process of making waking up easier. First, when the alarm goes off on your phone in the morning, a sound sensor detects the decibels and starts a sequence of events. First, your warm pair of slippers slide out from under the bed, then your bed covers are pulled off you from the bottom of the bed, allowing you to get up without effort. Next, your glasses fall from the ceiling on a rope, letting you see things without the trouble of putting contacts in. While all these things are happening, the sink and shower in the bathroom directly next to the bed have turned on, and are warm by the time you get to the bathroom.

This idea seems like a stretch, honestly, and feels pretty unrealistic, but the sequence of events triggering one after the other exemplifies the art of Rube Goldberg Machines.
